Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website (book.rentfield.io) to browse trailers and make a reservation. They're separate from the Rental Agreement you sign when you pick up a trailer, which governs the actual rental.

Using this site

You may use this site to view trailer availability, get pricing, and make a reservation. You agree to provide accurate information when booking — including your real name, contact information, and a valid driver's license — since this information is used to prepare your rental and verify your identity at pickup.

Reservations

A reservation made through this site holds a specific trailer for your selected dates. Completing a reservation online does not replace the Rental Agreement — you'll still review and sign that agreement (electronically or in person) as part of finalizing your rental.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Depending on how you book, a refundable damage deposit hold may also be placed on your card — this is not a charge, and is released automatically after the trailer is returned in good condition (see your booking confirmation for details).

Accuracy of listings

We do our best to keep trailer availability, specs, and pricing accurate and up to date. Occasionally a trailer may become unavailable after you've started a booking (for example, due to a last-minute mechanical issue) — if that happens, we'll contact you directly to sort out a substitute or a full refund.

No warranty on the site itself

This website is provided "as is." While we work to keep it running smoothly, we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Privacy Policy

This section explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Contact information — name, phone number, and email address
• Driver's license photo — required to verify your identity before rental
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number
• Booking details — trailer selected, rental dates, and pricing
• Signature — if you sign your rental agreement electronically

Why we collect it

We use this information to process your reservation, verify your identity, charge for the rental and deposit, communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, reminders, and support), and comply with our legal and insurance obligations as a rental business.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate:

• Stripe — to process payments and deposit holds
• Resend — to send booking confirmation and account-related emails
• Supabase — to securely store your booking and license information

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as necessary to process fines, tolls, or damage claims related to your rental, consistent with the Rental Agreement.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and rental records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, and legal purposes.

Your choices

If you'd like a copy of the information we have on file, or want it deleted (where we're not legally required to retain it), contact us using the information below.

Cancellation Policy

Once a trailer is reserved, it's held for you and taken out of availability for anyone else — so our cancellation policy reflects that:

• Single-day rentals canceled within 24 hours of pickup: the rental fee is forfeited.
• Multi-day rentals canceled within 24 hours of pickup: one day's rental fee is forfeited, and the remaining balance is refunded.
• Refundable damage deposits are never charged unless the trailer is picked up, so cancellations before pickup don't affect the deposit either way.
• Early returns — if you return a trailer earlier than your scheduled return date, we're not able to refund the unused portion of the rental.

To cancel a reservation, call or email us as soon as you can — the sooner we know, the better chance someone else can book that trailer.

This summary reflects Section 13 of the Rental Agreement. The signed agreement is the binding version.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

When you book a trailer with us, you can optionally opt in to receive text messages about your rental. This is never required to complete a booking.

How you opt in

During the "Your Information" step of booking, you'll see a checkbox with this exact language:

Checking this box is your consent to receive SMS messages from OK Trailer Rentals & Tow LLC related to your reservation. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your ability to book.

What you'll receive

• Booking confirmations
• Pickup and return reminders
• Support and customer-care updates related to your rental

Message frequency, rates, and opting out

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
